Return Policy
Returns:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns within 10 days of the original ship date. Dress Up will refund the cost of the merchandise minus any applicable shipping fees if the return is made on time. The merchandise has to be in the condition it was received, not worn, with tags intact.
Exchanges:
We accept exchanges up to 14 days from the original ship date. If you would like to make an exchange, please note that you are responsible for all shipping costs to and from Dress Up. In order to process an exchange, the merchandise has to be in the condition it was received, not worn, with tags intact. If the size/color you request is not in stock, we will notify you by email.
Additional Information:
Dress Up will not accept returns for items that have been worn, altered, washed, or have missing tags. We advise you to fully inspect the merchandise before removing tags and discarding original packaging.
Please allow 7 business days upon receiving your item for inspection and processing of your refund or exchange. If your merchandise does not qualify for a return or exchange, we will ship it back to you without processing a refund.
We will not accept returns or exchanges of any sale items.
Please note that Dress Up is not liable for any returned items damaged or lost in the mail.
